Thought for e-commerce, not for generic use.
Ready-to-use presets (product sheet, category page, manufacturer logo, mobile sticker) are calibrated for the real needs of an online shop.
Each e-commerce sector has its own visual constraints
Fashion & high-tech
Zoom product high resolution and thumbnail gallery, without blowing up the weight of the product sheet.
Home & furniture
Large atmosphere photos on category page, resized and compressed without visible sharpness loss.
Food & large catalogs
Hundreds of similar visual references, each generated and cached independently without configuration on a case-by-case basis.
A single resize mode never fits a whole catalog
Fit, Cover, Crop, Container or Stretch: the right mode depends on location (zoom, grid, cart thumbnail) and sector, not a single setting applied to the entire shop.
ImagePipe targets today shops WordPress & WooCommerce, all sectors, fashion, high-tech, home, food. The same presets adapt to a catalogue of a few dozen references as to several thousand.
Frequently asked questions by sector
The fashion needs high-resolution zoom, the food of small quick thumbnails: only one preset is enough?
No, and this is not necessary: each location of the theme (product sheet, category grid, zoom, cart thumbnail) has its own resize mode (Fit, Cover, Crop, Container, Stretch), configured independently.
A sector with a lot of variants (color, size) multiplies the images to manage, does it change something?
No: Each variant is a Media attachment like another, generated on request at the first request, no specific limit or configuration to the number of product variations.
Is the watermark logo manufacturer different from the watermark brand shop?
Yes, the watermark is set by image family (content, logo, image highlighted, other), a manufacturer logo in product sheet and a brand watermark on content visuals can coexist with separate settings, in Pro and above.
