Our angle
No quota, generation on demand
Only EWWW is also self-hosted, but it compresses in batch at upload, with a format fixed once and for all. ShortPixel, Imagify and Optimole all go through a third-party service billed by volume. ImagePipe is the only one to combine both: your server does the work, with no counter on images or visitors, and nothing is calculated until it's actually requested.
In return, ImagePipe is now available only on WordPress/WooCommerce, when ShortPixel and Imagify cover more CMS, an honest compromise to have in mind.
